Felix Diaz started Richardson Landscape in the 1990s. In the early years he worked properties by day and wrote the invoices at night.
More than 35 years on, the work rests on the same two things: knowing the land and keeping his word. Felix reads a property the way few people can: how many hours of morning sun a bed receives, when soil needs organic matter to bring its pH back into balance, where water gathers after a hard rain. And he takes the time to explain it to every client, plant by plant.
Many of our clients have been with us for years, on agreements settled with a handshake. If something isn’t right, we make it right. And because our time belongs to the clients we already serve, they always come first.
Today a younger team works alongside him, bringing new tools to an old-school standard.
