Grounds kept in order, all year.

Kept, season after season

A 12-month maintenance program with weekly visits. Lawn, beds, shrubs, and the seasonal feeding. Handled.

What's included

One program for the whole property

A freshly mowed lawn meeting a crisply edged band of groundcover beside a tall sheared hedge
Mowing & edging
Weekly through the growing season at the right height for your turf, and through the cooler months to keep the lawn neat and uniform.
Clean-up
Walks, drives, and curbs swept and blown clear on every visit, with clippings and debris hauled away.
Bed care
Beds weeded by hand and cultivated to keep a loose top layer, with edges kept clean and defined.
Shrubs & ground cover
Hedges, shrubs, ground covers, and vines trimmed to sound horticultural practice. Crape myrtles are pruned once a year, in winter.
Fertilization
A balanced turf fertilizer through the season, and granular feeding for shrubs and trees twice a year.
Lower tree limbs
Lower limbs kept clear to six feet above the ground.

Seasonal color

One entry, through the year

Twice a year we change the flowers in the beds. Pick a season and a combination to see how the same entry changes. Seasonal color is available for any property, with or without Grounds Care.

The same entry planted with purple angelonia, white pentas and blue scaevola in the beds flanking the walk, along the hedges and in the urns by the door

Questions we’re asked

Before the first visit

Do you offer lawn care on its own, or one-time visits?

No. Lawn care is part of Grounds Care, a 12-month program with weekly visits that covers the whole property: mowing and edging, beds, shrubs, and the seasonal feeding. We don’t schedule single visits or lawn-only service.

How often will your team visit?

Every week, on a 12-month schedule. Mowing and bed care happen on each visit; fertilization follows the calendar. If a property needs a different rhythm, we arrange it.

Are mulch and seasonal flowers included?

No. Mulch, seasonal flowers, and new plantings are estimated separately, whenever you want them.

Can you work with our house manager?

Yes. Our agreements can be signed by the owner or the owner’s representative, and we coordinate the schedule and any requests directly with your house manager.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Along with high-end residences, we care for commercial properties across North Dallas and Collin County on the same weekly program.

Do I need to be home during visits?

No. Once we have access to the property, the team works on the scheduled day whether or not you are home.

How does the agreement work?

Maintenance runs on a 12-month agreement. Once you sign the estimate, it becomes the agreement, with the schedule of work attached.

Will the same team come every time?

Almost always. The same team stays on a property, so they know the grounds and your preferences.
